By using Boojy (the website and apps), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
In short
- Boojy is free to use for anything legal, including commercial work
- Everything you make is yours
- The apps are early access, so keep backups
What Boojy is
A small suite of free, open-source creative apps: Boojy Audio for making music and Boojy Notes for writing. Both are in early access.
Your work is yours
You own everything you make with Boojy. I don't claim any rights to your music, notes or projects. You can use, sell or license your work however you want.
What you can do
- Use Boojy for personal or commercial projects
- Make and sell music with Boojy Audio
- Change the source code, under its open-source licence
- Share Boojy with others
What you can't do
- Use Boojy for anything illegal
- Try to hack, break or abuse the website or apps
- Use the Boojy name or logo for your own version of the apps
Still early
The apps are still early. Things might break or crash, and features may change without notice. Keep backups of important work.
No warranties
Boojy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I can't promise it will work perfectly, meet your needs or be free of errors.
Liability
I'm not liable for any damage from using, or not being able to use, Boojy. This includes lost data, lost profits or any other issues.
Changes to these terms
I might update these terms from time to time. If I make big changes, I'll say so on this website. If you keep using Boojy after a change, you accept the new terms.
